About Me

I completed my Doctorate of Counselling Psychology in 2017 and did my year-long residency with the Saskatchewan Health Authority. I did rotations in mental health treatment (with a focus on anxiety disorders), neurocognitive screening/assessment, and rehabilitation at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre. 

I have been working as a fully registered psychologist since 2019. I spent four years working in multidisciplinary rehabilitation psychology and then transitioned into private practice treatment alongside insurance consulting. 

I am passionate about increasing timely access to mental health care in our province and strive to provide a high level of evidence-based psychological treatment on Vancouver Island and other areas of BC via telehealth. 

In my personal time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, hiking, watching basketball and enjoying all the beauty this island has to offer.
