Telehealth Appointments
Depending on the nature and severity of symptoms, telehealth treatment by phone or videoconference may be available. Please note, telehealth treatment is not available for all modalities and is not appropriate for all individuals and must be assessed individually.
Videoconference appointments are offered through a secure platform (Owl Practice) that is both PHIPA and PIPEDA compliant. Rest assured, sessions are not recorded and all data stored by the platform remains in Canada.
This platform allows us the security of encrypted treatment sessions as well as the ability to send confidential emails with attachments.
